As I was walking through the fields by the church building yesterday afternoon, these words by George Kitchin spoke deeply to me after the consideration in the morning text, John 8:28-32.
I sing this back to the Lord in prayer:
O Lord, once lifted on the glorious tree, as Thou hast promised, draw men unto Thee.
