Encouragement for the Intermountain Pastor

First, a book review:  Frank chipped in a book review on “the ordinary pastor.”  Should such a servant be discouraged? 
Secondly, a description and a few words from the suffering Servant:  He grew up before Jehovah, yet look at His unattractiveness (Isa. 53:1-3).  He honestly but triumphantly declares,
