I don’t know how long ago Leafblad wrote this (or how his last name ever came into being), but when I had him in seminary for an 8AM class I didn’t fully appreciate his teachings on worship. I started to sit up and pay attention, however, after I heard Louie Giglio say that what he knows about worship he learned in Dr. Leafblad’s class at SWBTS.
“What, then, is the connection between the priority of God and worship? Worship is essentially about the priority of God.”
If I could text message every worship pastor and preacher in the country just one message, that would be it.
